  How to make yellow rice






                                                      Material:



 
1. Rice 1 kg
2. Santan 900 ml
3. Old coconut 1 fruit
4. Turmeric 5 cm
5. Lemongrass 2 stems
6. 4 sheet greetings
7. Ginger 5 cm
 8. 2 cm wide
9. 5 pieces of onion
10. 2 pieces pandan leaf
11. Salt 4 tsp  




                                                                HOW TO MAKE 
1. Clean up clean rice then soak rice in clean water.
2.Garlic paste, turmeric, ginger, galangal, onion, and salt.
3.Seasoned condiments then put in coconut milk and stir until smooth.
4.Cook the coconut milk until boiling.
5.Remove the rice soaking water and then pour the coconut milk into the rice filtered.
6.Enter and greet and lemongrass. Boil rice with a small fire. During boiling time stir until the water shrinks and the 7.rice becomes almost rice. Approximate maturity level has reached.
8.Take the bay leaf and lemongrass from the rice that is almost cooked.
9.Prepare the pan for steaming, boil the water first.
10.Put the rice in the steamer pan.
11.Add pandanus leaf.
12.Steam rice until thoroughly cooked or the term is cooked.
13.If you want to form rice, wait until cold. Let the rice cool in the room temperature.
To make it into a tumpeng, you can shape it by yourself or by using tumpeng molds.
